Epitalon – Telomeres control your longevity!

Dear subscriber,

The Spanish National Centre for Research on Cancer has published more than 80 scientific studies of telomeres and telomerase. [1]
This is one of the most serious world research center. They have a group dedicated to telomeres and telomerase research, and here is an excerpt from one of their studies:

# A successful telomerase gene therapy against ageing-associated decline [2]

A major goal in ageing research is to increase the length of a disease-free life, also known as ‘health span’.
Telomeres have been linked with ageing and disease; in mice, genetic manipulations that shorten or lengthen telomeres result, respectively, in decreased or increased longevity.

Therapies that impact on telomere length are thus expected to have an impact on health span. We tested the effects of a telomerase gene therapy in adult (1-year) and old (2-year) mice.
Treatment of both groups with a viral vector (AVV9) of efficient viral infection (FIGURE 1) and wide tropism expressing mouse telomerase demonstrated beneficial effects on health and fitness, improving several molecular biomarkers of ageing.

Telomerase-treated mice did not develop more neoplasias as compared to controls; thus, the known tumourigenic activity of telomerase is markedly decreased when expressed in adult or old organisms by using this strategy.

Re-introduction of telomerase in both 1-and 2-year old mice increased their median lifespan by 24% and 13%, respectively.
Our results constitute a proof-of-principle for a role of telomerase in delaying physiological ageing, improvement of health span, and extension of longevity in normal mice.

Our telomerase based gene therapy represents a novel type of therapeutic intervention against various age-related diseases. (End of excerpt)

telomeres_chromosome-article-la-recherche# Telomeres shortening during childhood :

Excerpt from a recent article in the french scientific magazine “La Recherche” (The Research) of June 2014 :

Growing up in a poor and unstable environment alters the genome.
We know that stress contributes to accelerate a natural process in adults : the shortening of telomeres (the protective ends of chromosomes) with age. But this is the first time a study is conducted in children (40 boys aged 9 years).
Researchers at the University of Michigan found that the telomeres of those living in difficult conditions were shorter by 19% compared to children from privileged backgrounds.
Conversely, children whose mothers had higher education have 32 % longer telomeres, and those who grow up in a stable family had telomere 40% longer than children living in a deconstructed family unit.
However, short telomeres, over time, alter the chromosomes and increase the risk of contracting age related diseases. (End of quote)

# From a recent study published in the prestigious scientific journal The Lancet:

Telomere shortness in human beings is a prognostic marker of ageing, disease, and premature morbidity. We previously found an association between 3 months of comprehensive lifestyle changes and increased telomerase activity in human immune-system cells. We followed up participants to investigate long-term effects.

Our comprehensive lifestyle intervention was associated with increases in relative telomere length after 5 years of follow-up, compared with controls, in this small pilot study. Larger randomised controlled trials are warranted to confirm this finding.

# Changes in lifestyle that protect telomeres are the same for all. These are:

– Nutrition: significant increase in the consumption of vegetables and fruits with reduced animal products and refined or sugary products
– Exercise: practice regular physical activity of moderate intensity. In the orde of 3 times 1-2 hours per week
– Stress: reducing sources of stress and practical techniques to manage stress. Sofrologie, meditation, massage, relaxation …
– Sociability : maintain good regular relationship with one’s relatives

Of course we have to add tobacco, air pollution and alcohol that accelerate aging by shortening telomeres. But those are already well known as premature ageing factors.
We will devote the next letter to the list of aggravating factors aging, singled out by many scientific studies on the subject.

We can limit the premature destruction of our telomeres but we can not extend them at will. Or rather we could not, because since the discovery of this limit due to our telomeres, many researchers have invested their time to find a solution.
They made the assumption that there must be a way to stimulate the production of long telomeres in cells, to overcome this deadly biological limit.

# Thousands of products and substances have been tested around the world and in recent decades, and one product has met these conditions over multiple laboratory and human studies in real life conditions.
It is Epitalon, the only substance that is actually scientifically proven as lengthening the telomeres of human cells.

Many products are sold as telomerase activators, but only one really works and has been proven in multiple independent studies, and this is Epitalon.
There is no other product for which there is scientific evidence of its positive activity on telomeres. Ask the sellers of products such as TA-65 or Astragaloside to provide you even a single published scientific evidence, and you will find that they do not have any.
They sell you wind of hope, but nothing works. By cons you can read for yourself the dozens of scientific studies published internationally on Epitalon.

Base your purchase on the science that proves the effect of the product and chose a qualified manufacturer that offers the best quality possible, and so you make a good purchase.

The choice is simple for those who want to extend their life and enable their cells to replicate continuously without fault, take Epitalon!

In addition, Epitalon not only lengthen our telomeres, it also regulates many functions of our body, such as hormonal and immune functions. Many people feel very fast improvements in many areas.
Many studies also confirm the incredible effects of Epitalon on various health problems. We will make a more detailed list soon, stay tuned.

So spread the word, ” Ageing is not a fatality , it can be reversed ! “
